Author: Peter Portero

If you are looking for some thrill when you visit Las Vegas then you have no shortage of thrill rides that will provide every kind of adventure you are looking for. Some of the top adventure rides in Las Vegas include:

At the Stratosphere Hotel, you can ride the Big Shot, which launches you a hundred and sixty feet in two and a half seconds at a speed of forty-five miles per hour. The ride gives you the feeling of weightlessness on your way down and four times the force of gravity on your way up.

Or if you prefer the real thing then you can go to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and with a one-hour instruction find yourself behind the wheel or riding in a full-size, six hundred horse power racecar for six laps.

The Stratosphere Hotel also offers a ride called the Insanity. The ride is extended sixty-four feet over the edge of the hotel as and the ride spins you find yourself pulling up to three times the force of gravity and sitting at a seventy-degree angle with the Las Vegas Strip directly below you at nine hundred feet.

At the Sahara, you can ride a roller coaster called simply Speed. This ride sends you through a twenty-five foot underground tunnel, then through a seventy-two foot high loop and then up and down a two hundred and twenty-four foot tower all in just forty-five seconds.
